I highly recommend doing the meditation and the task at the beginning of the day, if possible.  It will change the course of the day!

In your new notebook, make a list of 50 people that have influenced your life.
在你的新笔记本里,列出50个曾经影响过你的人。

They can be both living and already departed people, your relatives, friends, and celebrities, writers and personalities whom you do not necessarily know personally.
他们可能是活着的人,也可能是已经去世的人,可能是你的亲戚、朋友,也可能是你不一定认识的名人、作家和名人。

EVERYONE who has influenced you, and contributed to your growth & development.
每一个影响过你,对你的成长和发展有贡献的人。

The list must have at least 50 names.
名单上必须有至少50个名字。

In the process of making a list, think about why you chose the person. What has changed in your life for the better?
在列清单的过程中,想想你为什么选择这个人。是什么让你的生活变得更好?

Move calmly and thoughtfully.  Remember the best things about each person in the list and what they bring into your life.
冷静而深思熟虑地行动。记住列表中每个人最好的地方,以及他们给你的生活带来的东西。

相信过程!

Put your phone in airplane mode while doing this so that no one will disturb you.
把你的手机调成飞行模式,这样就不会有人打扰你了。

Your list may be more than 50 people. But not less!
你的名单可能超过50人。但不是更少!

This should also be written in your notebook  and remembered during the day as often as possible.
